In this episode we discuss the process in the United Methodist church called itineracy, or the appointment process. Elders (pastors) in the United Methodist Church are appointed to serve and from time to time those appointments are changed. Meaning pastors move from church to church. Pastor Jimmy Hendricks and Mary Beth Hagan discuss what this means, the hope in the process, and how they feel in the process.
