In the final episode of the Lent study, Mary Beth Hagan discusses the final chapter of The Walk with the author himself, Adam Hamilton. Adam Hamilton leads the largest United Methodist congregation in the U.S., Church of the Resurrection in Leawood, Kansas.
They discuss how the last seven statements spoken by Jesus from the cross exemplify the five practices of worship and prayer, study of Scripture, service to others, giving, and sharing faith. More importantly, they discuss how through the examples of Jesus, we can live a life more wholeheartedly and connected with God and each other.
